Schedule a free 30 minute session to get started. We will do 1 month of bookkeeping entries and provide financial statements for free. After the first month here is the pricing.
Up to $5K Monthly Expenses
$120/m when billed monthly
$5K – $20K Monthly Expenses
$180/m when billed monthly
$20K – $60K Monthly Expenses
$240/m when billed monthly
For expenses greater than $60K we charge $320/m when billed annually or $400/m when billed monthly.
Frequently asked questions
We do it all – Xero, QB, Freshbooks. We can do cash or accrual. The bookkeeping prices are to cover the cost of classifying the revenue and costs in your accounting software. We can help out with more but it is not included in that monthly price.
We specialize in all areas of finance for small business and startups. Some bookkeeping firms are only concerned with getting the entries finished and getting paid. We understand small business challenges and provide insights so that you can grow your business and manage your cashflow.

Add us an administrator to your accounting software and we will take it from there. We will let you know if there are any transactions we don’t understand or if we need access to any bank statements.
It depends on how long we think it will take to do the work. After talking we can estimate the time and give you a fixed fee or we can bill hourly at these rates –
- $30/Hr for bookkeeping
- $50/Hr for other accounting
- $70/Hr Finance Strategy
